Clear the Alignments field before starting.
Click on the Refresh button to clear the previous alignment mapping.
Click the Fetch button to get the new data in the input fields.
Click the Store button to store the alignments.
Check the browser Alert to how many alignments are stored. Then click OK in Alert to continue.
Don't Click the Store button more than one. Otherwise multiple alignments will be stored.
Repeat 2-7 Steps every time.
Click the Download button to download the alignments as text file.
To add an alignment link, click on a word and then click on the other word you wish to align it with.
To remove an alignment link, click on a word and its aligned word.
In both cases, the visualisation and the input field will change accordingly.
